ASTON DB1 ALCALINO NO FOAM is a strongly alkaline, single-phase, liquid detergent with restrained foam and having good sequestering power.

ASTON DB1 ALCALINO NO FOAM finds use in the dairy industry and beverage bottling; it is suitable for C.I.P. or hot closed-cycle circuits with temperatures above 40°C.

How to use

C.I.P. circuit application mode:

  1. Rinse the system thoroughly to remove coarse residues
  2. Circulate ASTON DB1 ALCALINO NO FOAM diluted 1 percent to 3 percent depending on the dirt and type of system for 10 to 20 minutes; it is recommended to work at a temperature above 40°C.
  3. Rinse thoroughly to remove all detergent residue
