ASTON DB2 ACIDO NO FOAM is a liquid, descaling, strongly acidic, nonfoaming detergent.

ASTON DB2 ACIDO NO FOAM finds use in the dairy industry and the meat and fish processing industry. It is suitable for washing C.I.P. circuits, heat exchangers, evaporators, concentrators, worktops and equipment.

How to use

C.I.P. circuit application mode:

  1. Rinse the system thoroughly to remove coarse residues.
  2. Circulate ASTON DB2 ACIDO NO FOAM diluted 1% to 5% depending on the dirt and type of system for 5 to 10 minutes. For CIP circuits empty the system, circulate the 2% descaling solution for about 20 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
  3. Rinse thoroughly to remove all detergent residue.
